Jennifer L Ransil, LMFT, Program Director
Jen is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a focus on issues relating to sexuality, infidelity, and trauma. She teaches at Messiah College in the Human Development and Family Science Department. She is also a lecturer at Evangelical Theological Seminary in the Marriage & Family Therapy program. Jen serves as Program Director for Ancora Couples Intensives.
Dr. Robb Palmer, PhD, LMFT, Therapist
Dr. Robb Palmer is a professor of Marriage and Family Therapy at Evangelical Seminary and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). He is an ordained minister with the Evangelical Free Church of America having served as senior pastor with over thirty-five years of ministry and therapy experience. Dr. Palmer is author of the book, The Diamond of Adversity: A Theology of Suffering (Published by Next Step Resources). His hobbies include photography, physical fitness, martial, hiking, keyboard, motorcycles, travel, and sipping well-brewed café mochas in warm and welcoming coffee shops. Dr. Palmer serves Ancora Couples as a lead therapist.
Elizabeth Fisher, LMFT, Therapist
Elizabeth is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has been practicing therapy for nine years and currently runs the Next Chapters Counseling Ministry in Schuylkill county, Pennsylvania. She has a heart for the unique needs of couples and families in ministry and is fluent in English and Spanish. Elizabeth serves as a therapist for Ancora Couples Intensives.
Ramona Ndlovu, MFT, Therapist
Ramona is a lifelong learner who is passionate about living out the integration of mind, body, spirit. She is a Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Somatic Therapist, and Spiritual Director who uses her life and training to support her clients as they achieve their goals. Romona serves as a co-therapist for Ancora Couples Intensives.
Ben and Jen Beachy, Program Coordinators
Ben and Jen come to Ancora with experience in events, hospitality, programming, and administration having served individually and together at a few nonprofit organizations. While both enjoy procuring a good cup of coffee, Ben prefers spending time in the mountains while Jen opts for time with her family on the lake or at the ocean. Both graduates of Messiah College, their family resides in Lancaster, PA. Ben and Jen serve Ancora Couples Intensives as retreat hosts and program coordinators.
Morgan Richard, MFT, Therapist
Morgan is a Marriage and Family Therapist with a passion for helping couples heal and reconnect. She is in private practice at Rooted Relational Therapy, where she sees individuals, couples, and families. Her area of focus is providing education about female sexual pain and working with women and couples who face this issue. Morgan serves as a co-therapist for Ancora Couples Intensives.
Doug Richard, MFT, Therapist
Doug is a Marriage and Family Therapist in private practice at Rooted Relational Therapy, working primarily with distressed couples. He enjoys challenging his clients to succeed beyond their original expectations by setting the bar high and supporting them each step of their journey. Before becoming a therapist, Doug worked extensively with children, youth, and their families as an Associate Pastor. Doug serves as a co-therapist for Ancora Couples Intensives.
